We are currently working alongside a stunning 15th century 11-bedroom country inn based on the outskirts of Torquay. This family run property is currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join their brigade who is wanting to learn new techniques and boost their career.
The kitchen team is made up of 4 members of staff with the head chef coming from a strong background working in award winning kitchens, they have also take part in different competitions. The menu is classed as Modern British using locally seasonal produce utilizing the local suppliers to receive the best produce possible to cater for on average of 40-80 covers a service.
The average working week is around 45 hours which spans 5 over 7 days with a salary of around £19,000-£22,000 per annum depending on experience with a fantastic tips package in place as well.
Unfortunately, this position does not come with any live-in accommodation and due to the rural location of the pub it is necessary to have your own transport.
