We are looking for a hard-working Chef De Partie to help this established country inn to maintain their great reputation. The operation has recently had a new head chef join the team with a strong background in similar Rosette awarded properties.
The focus is to use ingredients which are as locally sourced as possible and always in keeping with seasonality.
The kitchen is well equipped and on average caters for around 80-covers through lunch and dinner service many of which are guest since the property has 10 en-suite rooms attached.
The kitchen brigade is made up of 5 members of staff who are working on average of 45 per week, based on a mixture of shifts.
Overall, we are looking for a proven chef de partie working in a similar establishment with great management skills and a strong work ethic that can support the head chef in driving the food operations further and hopefully achieving accolades.
