This is an all fresh food site with a significant amount of c+b and weddings involved, they are a multi outlet site with a restaurant that can cater on average 30-60 covers and during the 220 covers in the private dining area.
The company are very keen on internal promotion and training, meaning there is a very real opportunity for career progression for the right candidate, the property currently have 8 full time kitchen members so there is always room for learning and growth within this company.
The average working week are straight shifts either 5.30am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, 5 days over seven for a fantastic hourly rate of £9.50-£10.00PH + Tips and overtime pay at the chef’s minimum wage.
