We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to work in a busy award-winning restaurant within a 5-star Leisure Park. The right candidate will be first in command of the kitchen brigade and work alongside the front of house team to ensure the smooth running during services.
The property has recently had a new facility finished off in the restaurant offering customers a casual dining experience throughout breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner. With the property being a leisure Park the summer periods are obviously the busiest meaning the kitchen team can cater over 2000 covers a week.
The average working week would be 45-50 hours depending on season for a fantastic salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum with the potential for the right candidate to have accommodation.
The ideal chef must be able to prove that they have the necessary experience and knowledge to fulfil this role, therefore the manager is looking for the right candidate to have a minimum of 5 years working experience in a high-volume establishment at a senior role.
