We are currently recruitment for a passionate Head Chef to join this stunning 3* Hotel in Edinburgh’s City Centre. The property can cater up to 60 covers during busy periods.
The successful candidate, whilst having an obvious passion for cooking, must understand the economics of a kitchen within a hotel business and be able to work in a highly professional and stable work place. The ability to work closely with the whole hotel team as Head Chef in the business is a key attribute.
The average working week is around 40 hours offering a good work/ life balance with a mixture of splits and straights 5 days over 7 for an impressive salary of £26K + Tips.
We are exclusively looking for candidates with a solid track record at a senior level, who’s ambition and drive matches that of the properties. Unfortunately, this position does not come with any accommodation, therefore candidates who live locally and have their own transport would be preferred.
