This Family run property has added their flair and individuality, finished to the highest of standards and offering some of the best accommodation and food in the local area.
The Restaurant on average does around 100 covers a day over breakfast, lunch & dinner using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients including using their own produce from the kitchen garden.
The talented team of chefs work to a high standard to maintain the well-deserved Reputation and the 2 AA Rosette accreditation it currently holds.
The style of food is a nice blend of gastronomic traditional pub favorites to a more finer dining experience for guests to enjoy served to a high standard.
The kitchen staff and owners are going to be implementing a 4 day on 3 days off operation so chefs can have more of a work life balance working around 40-45 hours a week for a fantastic salary of £24,000 per annum + Tips of on average 2-3K
