Chefs for Chefs are pleased to be working alongside our client in West Sussex, a multi award winning dining pub in the picturesque district of Horsham.
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and accomplished to assist the head chef in the day to day running of their food led, family run pub restaurant.
The kitchen is fantastically well equipped, with all the things required to cook seasonally inspired fresh dishes, working alongside local suppliers. The chef/owner, who has been at the helm foe 12 years, is also a keen grower and forager. Nose to tail butchery is common, as well as fresh game and game birds.
Overall, we are seeking a sous chef with great cooking ability, who has a keen eye for detail and a passion for fresh food.
