We are currently working alongside a beautiful Family run country inn based near Salisbury who are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their brigade.
The property has won numerous awards including recently 4AA Gold stars for their individual designed 9 bedrooms and their service to the catering trade.
The Sous Chef will have a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn under an experienced head chef who has worked in award winning restaurants around the country, alongside a small friendly team.
The head chef & kitchen team are fantastic mentors to teach junior members to make sure that their standards are met to the highest level.
The style of food changes seasonally offering traditional British dishes served to a high standard under the head chef who once fully staffed would be considering pushing for rosettes.
The average working week is around 4-5 days over 7 with the head chef looking at implementing an early finish once fully staffed to take the hours to around the 40 mark. There is no accommodation available so ideally, we are looking for local applicants who have their own transport.
