We are currently working alongside a 5* Country Inn that is seeking a Breakfast chef to assist the head chef & management team in maintaining this 2AA Rosette award winning Restaurant in Kirby Lonsdale.

This family run boutique 11-bedroom property combines the character and charm of a 17th century inn andaward-winning service to serve customers a treat of the areas finniest produce to a high standard, utilizing the local area this 6-man brigade work hard to serve traditional food with modern gastronomic twists.

The right Candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment someone that has already gained 2-3 years’ experience.

The Average 42.5 – 45 hours per week, straight shifts, 2 consecutive days, 5 days over 7 for a Great salary of £22,000 per annum plus a Tips Package in place as well.

Candidate Specification

  • Experienced Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie
  • Qualified to NVQ, SVQ or BTEC standard, with Food Hygiene Level 2
  • Be able multi-task and maintain and deliver a high level of quality and service, whilst working under pressure in an often time sensitive environment
  • Great team player
  • Positive can-do attitude
