Chefs for chefs are delighted to be working with our client in Harrow Weald, northwest London, seeking a cdp for their truly stunning grade 2 listed hotel.

The kitchen team serves all fresh, seasonal menus to the 50 cover restaurant and 40 bedrooms. 

The hotel is bus on C&B, with 3-4 weddings per week in peak season but also does a very good restaurant trade. The head chef is from a 2 Rosette background and the standards are very high in the kitchen. There are 7 chefs in the team currently.

Live in accommodation is available priced at £54 per week which includes all bills pus 3 meals a day. Service charge is paid on top of the salary.

Candidate Role

·Assume responsibility for a designated section

·Work with the senior team in the day to day running of the kitchen

·Train and develop junior staff members

·Control, rotate and manage stock levels on your section

·Ensure consistent quality in your work

·Uphold the kitchen’s food hygiene and safety protocols

 

Candidate Specification

·Fresh food background is a must

·Ideally from a hotel background

·A strong demi chef may be considered

·Have excellent time keeping and personal skills

·Be up to date with current industry trends

·Have the desire to succeed as a chef
