Chef De Partie-3 AA Rosette Country Hotel


We are working alongside a fantastic 3 Rosette property searching for an eager Chef De Partie to join this brigade. This restaurant with rooms boasts 16 bedrooms making it a fantastic destination restaurant in the surrounding area.

The restaurant caters for up to 60 covers on an evening and approximately 30 covers on a lunch service. The property has held 2 AA rosettes for a number of years and has recently been awarded the coveted 3 Rosettes.

This is a great opportunity for a chef to develop their skills and work as part of a passionate team to further develop the business. The owner has recently invested plenty of money into the kitchen closing for a few weeks to fit new equipment and space to progress

The average working week will be around 45-48 hours which spans 5 days over 7 and accommodation is available off site so a candidate that drives would be preferred. the owner 

The salary on offer is around £22/25k per annum plus tips.

Candidate Role

·Be responsible for the day to day operations of any given section per day.

·Work alongside the chef and maintain the standards put in place by the kitchen management team

·Educate, train and develop junior members of the brigade

·Develop & create new dishes for the menus, utilising the best of the seasonal ingredients

·Work alongside the chef and senior management team to deliver the standards and practices that the proprietors require

·Work alongside the Front of house team, ensuring both areas of the team are in unity

·Manage and maintain the health and hygiene practices of your section and other areas of the kitchen

Candidate Specification

·Chef de partie level experience 

·Rosette background ideally but not essential

·Great time management skills

·Friendly personality

·Driven character


·Stable working background
