We are proud to announce a fantastic opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie in Huddersfield.  The boutique hotel opened in Spring 2018 and boasts 2 brand new kitchens, a fine dining restaurant, a casual dining venue as well as an events outlet.

The property boasts 11 individually styled bedrooms, so experience in a multi outlet hotel would be preferred but not essential. The restaurant caters for around 30 guests offering tasting menus and a 4-4-4 ALC.

 The senior management team have previous experience in some of Yorkshire’s finest hotels, working up to a Michelin star level, some of the team have also had experience in 5 * properties in London, so ideally, we are looking for a CDP with a similar background in the luxury market.

Candidate Role

  • Run maintain and oversee the smooth running of a given section in the kitchen
  • Prepare dishes for the 7-course tasting menu and 4-4-4 ALC
  • Create dishes alongside the head chef utilising the best of seasonal ingredients
  • Train and develop junior members of the kitchen brigade
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment
  • Manage the cleanliness of your section
  • Manage stock control and orders for your section.


Candidate Specification

  • Great team player
  • Experience at a 2 rosette property as a minimum
  • Stable working history
  • Flexible approach, imperative for a new opening
  • CDP level already held
  • Want to work at the highest level
