I am currently on the lookout for a strong Chef De Partie to join a 1AA Rosette 4* Hotel on the outskirts of Worksop near Doncaster.


There are 8 full time members of staff in the kitchen brigade with the head chef looking to employ two more Chef de parties to keep up with amount of trade across 2 outlets on the property the restaurant & Conferences/events. 


The hotel does a nice amount of c&b as well as the restaurant trade, as such we are seeking a CDP who has hotel kitchen experience and is used to adapting to a variety of situations.

The average working week is 5 days over 7 mixture of straight and split shifts but no breakfast for a salary of £19,000 per annum on a 48-hour contract + Tips & on-site accommodation at £250 Per month.

Candidate Role

  • Assume responsibility for a designated section
  • Work with the senior team to drive the business forward and benefit your career
  • Adopt the kitchens’ food hygiene protocols
  • Assist in each department-restaurant, weddings, banquets etc.
  • Train and develop the junior members of the team
  • Ensure the consistent quality of all produce
  • Contribute to new menu ideas and dish development

Candidate Specification

  • Strong chef de partie background
  • Level headed and able to work under pressure
  • Must be driven to succeed as a chef
  • Have excellent time keeping and personal skills
  • Be professional and approachable
  • Conference and banqueting experience an advantage
  • Ideally from a similar background
