Chefs for chefs are delighted to be working alongside our client near Bath, a Michelin starred restaurant with rooms seeking to add to their team of 9.

The client can be quite flexible in terms of the position, as long as the relevant experience at 3 Rosettes/1 Star is there they will look at anything from Demi cdp to Senior cdp.

The food style is modern European, the best ingredients are used, and classic flavours meet modern techniques. They operate a tasting menu only at the moment and are driving to add further awards this year.

They can offer accommodation, which is a 20 minute walk from the restaurant, the salary is circa £22k. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that prides itself on staff development and internal progression.

Candidate Role

  • Assume responsibility of a designate section
  • Carry out tasks as set by the senior team
  • Engage in menu development
  • Ensure the consistent quality of all food produced
  • Manage and maintain stock levels
  • Work at the highest level of food safety and compliance
  • Work closely with the senior team to benefit your career

Candidate Specification

  • Be energetic, enthusiastic and committed
  • Have up to date knowledge of current food trends and techniques
  • Be confident in your cooking ability
  • Have a background at minimum 3 rosette level
  • Be flexible in your approach to work
  • Have the drive and determination to succeed at this level
