Chef de Partie-Modern British Dining Pub


We are currently working with our clients in the beautiful Liversedge countryside, seeking to recruit an ambitious and driven Chef de Partie to join the busy kitchen brigade. The focus on the food here is based on seasonal cooking using the best the Yorkshire region has to offer, with an emphasis on strong flavour and textures. The kitchen is well equipped and has an established team of 5 chefs in place.

Pub classics prepared with expertise sit alongside game, seafood and dessert specials.

The hours are approximately 48 per week based on 5 days over 7. Unfortunately, due to the location, we are ideally seeking candidates who have their own transport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who wants to expend his skill set and work at one of the most popular venues in the area.


Candidate Role

·Assume responsibility for the running of a designated section

·Perform duties as required by the senior chefs

·Ensure the consistency of your work is in line with the standards set by the Head Chef

·Assist in daily food prep and service

·Adopt and maintain the kitchens hygiene protocols

·Assist in the training and development of the junior members of the team

Candidate Specification

·Chef de Partie experience is preferred

·All fresh food background would be ideal

·Must be driven to work hard and succeed as a chef

·Be professional, approachable and friendly at all times

·Have excellent time keeping and personal skills

·Ideally come from a similar establishment

·A very strong Commis or Demi chef would be considered
