We are currently working with one of West Yorkshire’s destination restaurants to recruit a skilled Chef De Partie.

The restaurant has been wowing diners for over 50 years, and offers refined cooking, with a classical French base.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an iconic restaurant using the best that Yorkshire and beyond has to offer. 

The restaurant is owned and managed by a husband and wife team that have dominated the food scene in West Yorkshire in their careers. The environment is very friendly and flexible with a down to earth management style.

Candidate Role

·To uphold and maintain high standards across the designated sections

·Work towards winning further accolades

·Liaise with senior chefs to develop new dishes

·Assist in the training of junior chefs

·To work both restaurant service and top-end outside catering events

·Bring passion and flair to an iconic restaurant

Candidate Specification

·Ideally with Michelin star experience, however a high rosette background may be considered

·Must be driven to succeed

·Be professional and approachable at all times

·Be organised and methodical in your approach to work
