Commis Chef-1 Rosette Hotel


Chefs for chefs are currently working with our client in Keswick, seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and determined commis chef to join the brigade of 8 at their 4 star, 1 Rosette country house hotel.

The restaurant does not currently serve lunches and the breakfast shift is rotated between all staff, so on average there is one breakfast shift to do per week.

The head chef has been at the property for 10 years this year and they are pushing hard towards their second rosette, average covers are around 35 per night, up to a maximum of 55.

There is live in accommodation available for a small charge, fully inclusive of bills. The salary is negotiable plus a tips package of around £2.5k.

Candidate Specification

·All fresh food background is a must

·Rosette background ideally

·Must be a good communicator

·Have excellent time keeping, personal and man management skills

·Be confident in all areas of the kitchen
