Chefs for chefs are seeking to recruit a passionate and aspiring commis chef for our client near Otley and only 5 miles from the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Our client is a 2 Rosette gastro pub/luxury B&B that also has 4 silver starts from the AA. Their head chef has a strong background of training chefs and helping them develop their careers and he is now looking for a new commis chef to join the ranks.

 

The style of food is modern gastro pub, there are some contemporary dishes mixed in with pub classics done to the correct standard. Any commis chef joining this team will learn the basics accurately and correctly and will get a great grounding in the industry.

 

The pub has around 45 covers and there are 4 chefs currently in the team, working an average of 35-40 hours per week. Pay can either be arranged as a salary or as hourly pay, offering great flexibility. This is a great time to join this brigade and get your career off to a great start, working in beautiful surroundings. Please note there is no accommodation available with this role and your own transport would be recommended due to the rural location of the pub.
