We are proud to announce a fantastic opportunity for a talented commis chef in Huddersfield.

The property boasts 11 individually styled bedrooms, as well as a new dining venue for the area, with focus on quality cooking, exciting flavours and concepts served with precision execution. The property will also have multiple food outlets so experience in a similar property will be essential.

The Head chef of the property has trained in some of the norths leading restaurants & Hotels up to a Michelin star level.

Candidate Role

  • Assist the senior team with preparations for food outlets within the property
  • Prepare dishes utilising the best of seasonal ingredients
  • Prepare menu items for the events side of the business
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment
  • Manage the cleanliness of your section
  • Manage stock control and orders for your section.

Candidate Specification

  • Great team player
  • Experience at a 2 rosette property ideal but not essential
  • Stable working history
  • Flexible approach, imperative for a new opening
  • 1 years’ kitchen experience
  • Want to work at the highest level
  • Great attitude
