Created in 2014, Chefs for Chefs has become the go-to hub for restaurateurs, hotels and gastropubs sourcing temporary and permanent chefs.

The business was formed by two chefs who saw a need for a specialist recruitment agency that understood the unique nature of the catering industry and the challenges that came with it.

A trustworthy source for temporary chef jobs and for chefs seeking a permanent position, Chefs for Chefs have successfully placed scores of chefs in permanent positions and have become the first choice for relief chef jobs and part time chef jobs.

A well seasoned chef, entrepreneur and pioneer in the chef recruitment industry brings you Chefs for Chefs.

Shaun has spent his whole career in kitchens until he formed Chefs for Chefs in 2014 with Richard. His experience is broad ranging including the successful franchise from a well known pub company to launching the highly respected Towngate Brasserie in 2012.

 

This extensive experience working for large corporations and as an entrepreneur gives him real insight into what clients are looking for when sourcing kitchen staff.

A high calibre chef and entrepreneur creating a new path in the chef recruitment industry.

Richard founded the business with Shaun Banks.

 

The business idea came from their first hand frustration of sourcing and retaining good kitchen staff whilst working at a number of high profile establishments, including The 2 AA Rosettte Holdsworth House and The Black Horse Inn.

A career chef and now mentor and job finder for chefs with big ambitions.

Ben joined the Chefs for Chefs ranks in December 2016 with an impressive CV beginning at the age of 16 in North Yorkshire and then settling back in Halifax to win 2 AA Rosettes for The Rock Inn, 3 AA Rosettes for The Design House and then launched the highly acclaimed Catch Seafood with Boothwood Inns. His proudest achievement however is holding the shortest relief chef career ever - spanning ONE whole week before joining our team at C4C HQ.

 

With first hand experience as chef and business owner, Ben is a dab hand at matching candidates with restauranteurs.

The man who makes sure what we do at Chefs for Chefs adds up.

After an illustrious career running a telecommunication company Steven has joined Chefs for Chefs to run our accounts department. He brings a wealth of experience in accounts management and business development and works very closely with all our clients.

 

Although he works with numbers all day, he really is a people person and the Chef for Chefs funny man.

Another chef (spot the trend here?!) and a recruitment consultant who really knows what restauranteurs and candidates are looking for.

Sean joined the business in August 2016 and looks after a number of our clients across the UK.

 

His career spans AA Rosette restaurants working as Sous Chef, finally working at The Black Horse Inn where he met Richard, and the rest is history.
