Work Life Balance
On average our relief chefs work around 45- 48 hours a week. This opens up a world of work life balance, equally, you have the ability to choose the days you cover and even the assignments you take on. In turn, this creates a great work life balance.
No Long Term Commitments
Unlike a permanent role, you have the ability to commit as much or as little to an assignment. All you need to do is give us one weeks notice if you want to be removed from a role that you are on.
You can also take as much unpaid leave as you wish.
